registering gives them an idea of how many kids to expect so they have enough kits.

my kids love this event each month. get there early or be prepared to watch in line while parents hover and do their kids projects for them. usually some cool kits, but this one looks a bit weak.

I been going to these every month now at Home Depot and Lowes.. and its HILARIOUS how many DADS are clueless on how to pound a nail properly... They spend 3 minutes on one nail because they cant figure out that you shouldn't try to pound on a plastic table.. the table bounces and the nail barly moves... You would think being a man they would have the sense to move to a concrete floor and nail there...

SO MUCH NOISE

Oh by the way.. thanks for the reminder!! Smilie

I can relate, seems like hammering a nail and turning a screwdriver should be in every mans DNA, but that is far from the truth. Guess I have my dad to thank for being able to build just about anything with my hands.

There is also one the week before that's a bank at Home Depot. An extra one right after Thanksgiving.
