UPDATE: THE DEAL IS DEAD
Item is no longer listed.

UPDATE: User phongle669455 has indicated, and I verified, a base price increase to $699.99 so if everything still works, then that will be $624.31 out the door... Still slick? I think so.

Jet.com has the EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti HYBRID GAMING Graphics Card 06G-P4-1996-KR 6GB for $689.99 w/ Free Shipping and with all of the instant discounts applied you can get it for $614.69 bounce (if there's not sales tax in your state for ordering this item). NO REBATES!

From benchmarking results, in the articles that I've read, this card has better idle and under load temperatures than any other reference board GTX 980 Ti.

My order came out to $614.69

I wasn't taxed ordering from California, which is awesome!

Next best price that I could dig up for the 980 Ti Hybrid from Newegg or Amazon is $689.99.

How does the waive fee work? What if it's defective or something wrong with it? How does all that work out?

You still have EVGA's warranty which is stellar.

It's a brand new graphics card. Once you place the item in the cart and go to check out, you'll be given the option to waive the free return, meaning: if you do have to send it back for repair or replacement, you'll have to pay for the return instead of paying for it in the up front price of the purchase.

The discount promo code is provided because they want to entice buyers to use their site.

The debit card discount is probably because the payment is made available quickly when a debit card is used.

MAN! That is a great price, I have been monitoring this card for months waiting for the Christmas discounts at either Newegg or Amazon. since this is the 1st decent discount I have seen, I'm always hesitant to pull the trigger on the 1st sale,,,, do you think there will be better deals come Christmas time at Newegg or Amazon? I can wait, just want the best deal I can get,,, helps smooth over the wife,,,,

EDIT: In addition, I personally never heard of this company, I found this information of interest,

this is 625 out the door not 615. can't include the debit savings when using your credit card would save you even more.

Yeah, I hadn't heard of them either until I saw their website posted on Slickdeals for another GTX 980 Ti.

I guess I'll have a better opinion of delivery and possibly customer service once my card arrives.

Is that a forum rule? I don't use credit for purchases, so I find it odd that debit card deals aren't slick.

A reduced price, no tax, FS and other savings got me something that I've been waiting for for a looong time at a more reasonable price.

Are you just referring to your own situation?

The Vendor scares me based on what I read on the review link,, I have no personal experience otherwise.

I don't know if there will be a better price for this card... On Newegg I've seen it drop from $749.99 to hover, on sale at $709.99 to $689.99 on sale. $689.99 is the lowest that I've seen and with all of the discounts, jet.com makes it work for me.

If I'd been quick enough, I would've pulled the trigger on the other card from ZOTAC. I've wanted the Hybrid 980 Ti so I'm glad I missed that deal. Smilie

unfortunately, jet.com still doesn't have invoices available which makes warranty very difficult
