With Black Friday quickly approaching, I can't but ask myself how beneficial the Citi Double Cash card will help me. I've received money back with their price rewind feature in the past, which essentially scans the internet and finds lower prices for purchases you've made. I'm curious how this will work with Black Friday sales, with limited quantities? Anyone have any idea?

If you are specifically talking about price rewind helping for Black Friday and Christmas shopping I wouldn't expect that to be a ton of help. The card is already providing a 2% reward benefit. Couple that with the 5% or other percentage rewards from AMEX or Discover and you have all you need.

The Citi Double Cash card is a good choice for items not qualifying for a high reward amount. So you are really doing all you can at that point.

Don't worry about the pennies too much, it sucks the life-force out of you.

"Don't worry about the pennies too much, it sucks the life-force out of you." - these are words to live by. Finding the best deal is an addiction.
