Deal Details

Just received was I assume to be a targeted deal but Tivo is offering both the Roamio and Roamio Pro with All-In service (aka lifetime service) for $400 and $600 respectively.

Looks like you have to call in to order the pro. # is 877.289.8486.

Details are listed on the screen cap of the email I received.

UPDATE: Here's the link for the "Shop Now" button seen on that screen cap: https://www.tivo.com/sale/Thanksg...ource=subs

Also, based upon some comments on this post, it looks like this IS NOT a targeted offer and that the code isn't even necessary if you call and order by phone.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanks for this!, I've been waiting for a deal like this.

I just called TiVo and placed the order for the Roamio with All in Service (lifetime subscription), total $427.92 after tax (NJ), free shipping.

I told them I heard there was a deal going on for the Roamio with lifetime service for $400 and he gave it to me.

Didn't need to give them a promo code.

I called and got the deal with no promo code needed. Thanks for the heads up! I got the 4tuner model. I have a 6 tuner one for me, but the 4 Tuner will be a Xmas gift....

I'm holding out for a bolt deal. Doesn't appear the military discount works on it....

It looks like you can order it online. The link goes to:

(The actual link includes the code in it as well, but you can see it can be ordered from there.)

OP thank you. I called the number listed and was told this promotion was for existing TIVO customers of 5 years or more but.... they have a Thanksgiving Special with the same pricing for new customers and will place the order over the phone for the Roamio / Roamio Pro. I placed my order for the Roamio ($400) and a MoCA adapter ($50) with All-In service to replace the TIVO Bolt ($300) that I just purchased from Best Buy this past Saturday. Thanks!

I assume this is for existing users only? I'm shopping for my first Tivo box right now.

edit: looks like my question got answered at the same time I was posting it!

You didn't like the Bolt? I didn't see much that pushed me to replace my current Roamio Pro but curious of your thoughts on it.

The Bolt was nice and I am still using it until the Roamio gets here. I use it with a 4k TV, but the only thing I watch in 4k are some Netflix shows. As for the Quick skip feature, I haven't had a chance to use it just yet but the sales agent on the phone said that feature may come to the Roamio boxes at some point. In comparison to the X1 service that I had up until Friday, TIVO appears to be a bit outdated in my opinion. The X1 platform is very nice and fluid along with voice activated searching which is very nice but it gets very costly when Comcast wants $9.99 for the anyroom DVR and an additional $9.95 for each outlet (box) per month. Going this route with the All-In plan will definitely save me some coin in the long run.

If I were you, I would NOT replace the Roamio Pro box with a Bolt.
