I just checked on the 27 inch 2K display monitor and under the specs, it clearly says "6ms" in contrast to the title 1ms...

Is this a typo on newegg part?

Or is this monitor actually 1ms response?

It's 6ms as it's an IPS panel.

You don't really have to worry about anything under the 10ms range. It's all about the input lag that can really kill a monitors performance, where some have like 15-30ms of lag on top of the response time.

I was worried about my Dell u2515h coming from an older TN panel, but I don't notice any more lag but the Dell Ultrasharp's have decent input lag.

I was going to purchase a 1440p Asus or Acer a few months back but a review showed its input lag was off the charts...hence the slickdeal on it.

This seems like a really good deal for an IPS panel. Do you think it is worth it to spend 350ish to get something better with g-sync?
