Might be more clear doing it like this:

$289.99
+TAX
-$25 VCO using VCOBF15
-$20 MIR
-AMEX $25: Add and use AMEX TO VCO TO GET ADDITIONAL $25 STATEMENT CREDIT (http://slickdeals.net/f/8208329-amex-offer-w-200-purchases-at-newegg-or-newegg-flash-25-credit-w-qualifying-amex-card?v=1&p=79172053#post79172053)

The XFX card [newegg.com] is back in stock as well, $10 cheaper with VCO and Amex. I probably would have grabbed this one if I'd seen it before ordering the XFX, but just a head's up. Original thread is here. Rep from Newegg sad they had about 40 of the XFX left in stock.

With tax... Do you guys think I should wait for

TigerDirect to price match something
Use their $25 off $100
Avoid paying tax from my state since NewEgg $21 tax pretty much negates the VCO Frown

Timeline is like 2 weeks...
Or this is as good as it gets, you think I should bite on this?

I'm assuming you think this because of the 3 fans vs 2 on most others. The fans are actually off when you are just idle doing stuff that doesn't require the GPU. At load, it's about 40db, which is actually slightly quieter than the XFX version that everyone has been buying. I run this card at 65% fan speed for 65C (custom fan profile) max during games, and it is never loud enough to bother me. I also run it at 40% fan speed idle and I can't hear it at all under my desk.

Yep. Three fans running at lower RPMs instead of needing two fans to run at a higher RPM.

How would this do running free sync? I was on the fence and I'm normally an nvidia guy but I bought the Acer monitor that support free sync so it looks like I may have to go that route.

I currently own a GTX 660 and have a OCZ 700Watt power supply... i'm a bit confused because i keep hearing get this or that... What would be better? To get the R 390 or a GTX 970? I have a huge case which could hold anything, but i just want to make sure that 700W is enough. Also, i want different opinions on which would be the best to get? Thanks.
