I'm sure someone will complain, so it's for APS-C Sensors

The little bit of reading I did leads me to say no.

Anyone knows if this awesome lens is available for Sony E lens mount cameras ? Looking for an all-in-one lens for A6000

In short, No. The Nikkor 18-200 VR is a decent super zoom. Replacing it with the Tamron gets you very little on the wide end and not much more on the Tele end. If you have $500 to spend on glass then start investing in better glass and not just getting slightly longer mediocre glass. Both the 18-200 and the 16-300 are good everyday lenses but not great. If you want better glass spend your $500 on a Tamron 28-75 2.8 or a used Nikon 80-200 2.8.
