I ordered one and thankfully I didn't cancel my order after buying in store. I was trying to get out so quick didn't notice the disc was loose when bought in store. gonna return since I didn't open I don't want a scratched disc.

If you paid using a credit card they usually offer price protection but its a PITA to fill out usually (Discover at least).
Is this game any good?

If the return policy for new items is 30 days, which is the usual, then you can just order this and return the copy to Gamestop, if you still have the receipt (or maybe they can just use your membership instead?).

I paid using my credit card, but the game has been opened and used. Game Stop policy says that new games can only be exchanged for the identical game within 30 days with a receipt. That is why I usually never buy new games from Game Stop. Even if the pre-owned copy is $5 less, it is worth it as you get to "try it out" for seven days (as long as the multiplayer pass hasn't been used). GameFly is great about those codes in general.

As for the game, it's alright. No real "game play", no "quests", no "fighting", just press the buttons when being asked to, walk the characters, and shocker moments as the mystery unravels. If you have way too much time on your hands, you can re-play it with a set of different choices. The fact that this went from 60 to 20 in matter of days, says a lot. I should have waited.
