ok to any ASROCK MOBO owners simple question well HOPEFULLY?? asrock app shop question

ok long story short i cannot install "asrock app shop" i dont care about it other then i need it to get the code for "ASSASSIN’S CREED SYNDICATE" since i bought an asrock extreme7+

i get an error code after: downloaded/unzip/install it says not made for this platform/system or something like that.

tried 2 computers thinking win 10 bug/ nope win7 does not work either.

tried a phone just since "app" was in there. nope same error message.

i am left wondering if the app ONLY will install with an asrock motherboard with a certain hardware it uses. i cant imagine that though it would be nuts plus i would hope they would disclaim this.

normally i would not care but this is like a 60 dollar one that i wanted to try as i never have tried the series.

I CANNOT GET THIS THING TO INSTALL AND I AM NOT THAT MUCH OF A TECH GUY WITH COMPUTERS. i would rep any help here bounce

well THE STUPIDITY IS OFFICIAL!!!!! i will just leave this here as a warning or possible solution for what was bugging me for a day. asrock free games require:

1- the motherboard purchased to be installed and operational in a running system that can go online.
2- download and install "asrock app shop"
3- locate game offer and allow servers to verify the serial number of your motherboard and give code.

4- DRINK A BEER AND RELAX BECAUSE YOU JUST RAN A MARATHON installing all that to get a free game code because these ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE LIMITED QTY and the do hit a max number and they just say oh well sorry. (dont have any backordered parts, or "doa" or your "sol" "lol"

or mediator may remove unless wanted to leave as a warning for other i say TOTAL BS HERE!!

I have the same problem. I won't ever bit on another ASRock game promo. I am not going to install this motherboard for a while and the game code will be invalid. Why does a motherboard have to be installed to get a free game? It should just need to be purchased from a valid reseller during the qualifying period.
I suppose they get to do it any way they want, but I also get to buy from anyone I want
