Lost admin. account win10, now when I boot the only account is a guest account. I can't even update some of my security programs. What to do? TIA.

Hiren's has a feature to do this boot off the DVD if you don't have a DVD then you all have to use this to create a thumb drives off the ISO

Boot your computer with Hiren's BootCD and follow the steps below for resetting your password:

Enter “Offline NT/2000/XP/Vista/7 Password Changer” ...
Wait for “Offline NT Password & Registry Editor” to Load. ...
Choose the Correct Hard Drive Partition. ...
Confirm the Windows Registry Path. ...
Choose the Password Reset Option.

Thanks theinfluencer.
I don't have an admim password. When I boot it boots straight into the guest account. If I try to open user accounts to make a change a window opens and ask for admin password but there no place to put one. It also says do you want this app to make changes to your computer, there is a yes and a no button the yes button is greyed out.
