Slick price! I bought mine for $181.85 last year around this time, and the lowest price for this on 3C's was $156. Is this is the lowest price on this ever?

It's been $150 a few times but I've never seen it this low before.

is the 2-year protection worth it?

I've been waiting for one. going to buy now.

EDIT: THANKS!! bought it for $151.15 Shipped with prime. Sweet price. Silly 2yr warranty is dumb, this has a 3yr warranty and I think the company is good with RMAs...last I remember reading.

Mine died during the power fluctuations during the Hurricane Sandy ice storm. It was close to the end of the warranty. I had no problem with warranty coverage and they sent me what appeared to be a new replacement.

Edit: If the power is fluctuating really bad due to tree limbs, wind or ice bringing down lines I do suggest you unplug the unit from the wall. Mine was clicking on and off rapidly and it killed it or it took to big of a surge.
