This was out of stock earlier and then when it came back in stock I couldn't get the promo code to work. This is the best deal, as it gets down to $133/with no tax (for most) plus it comes with a game (TigerDirect does not) which you could easily sell for $20. I plan on selling the game which means the SSD will cost me $110 or so. This is replacing my Hitachi 7200RPM HDD as my windows boot drive.

Thanks OP.

OP Thanks. I bought the newegg Groupon the other day in hopes of a better price today. I saw earlier it was $165 bucks or so. I searched just the right time and saw your post. Thanks so much. Wife will really kick my butt.

Did this deal about 1 week ago, bought 2 drives and was able to sell the codes on Ebay for 25.00 in about 5 hours. You could probably get a little more too. Minus ~1.00 in fees, 500GB SSD comes to about 118ish. TU OP

Just have to hope the buyer doesn't try to scam you via PayPal.

I can't imagine this getting much cheaper before Christmas. Should I bite now to use for a gaming storage SSD or wait?

Picked one up from NewEgg and cancelled the one I purchased from Amazon on Friday for $139.99 + tax. Lower price plus no tax for me at NewEgg makes it a better deal. Thanks OP.

in what way? funds already in bank account. I'm guessing that PayPal always sides with complaints of the buyer?

Buyers are abusing PayPal policies on digital codes and filing chargebacks non-stop.

I have won 1 case and lost 1 case recently.

Honestly I have no idea how I won. I just kept calling PayPal everyday and arguing my case.

I can't get the code to work with the M.2, is there a different code for that one?

I had a buyer scam me once with a code claiming it didn't work. He recorded a video and opened a resolution case with paypal. Paypal took his side. Paypal always takes the buyers side. Had someone scam me on another occasion where I physically shipped a pair of shoes. He claimed I shipped him rocks and got a police report from his local PD. Paypal took his side too. Mad

Nightmare! I was thinking getting something for the game code would make this deal worth it. Now, I'm not sure I want to take that risk.
