Not sure what's going on with this post. Their Cyber Monday sale was live all day on Monday with promo code "cyber" being active all day long. I think no one posted and the person posting about 24 hours late just happens to be the first. Maybe no one cared. Personally, their "sales" ruined my surprise points I was planning to use. They jacked the prices up on clothes I was watching (in anticipation of the 25% off, I assume) and I can't use my surprise points with their coupon.

I had $13 in surprise points for Sears clothing and $20 for general merchandise. I bought an item of clothing that cost $13.60, and it subtracted it from the general merchandise surprise points. I had wanted to use those points on the Amazon Fire TV stick, which Kmart had for $25. I contacted Kmart customer service, and they can't do jack if it has to do with points, and the points people take a while to respond, and they can't do jack if it doesn't have to do with points (no ability to issue cash refunds). I went ahead and got the Fire Stick anyway with the $6.40 in points remaining. I contacted the points people, and they gave me $20 in points, non surprise points. Plus, they didn't take away the $13 in clothing surprise points. So, I used those $20 in points plus a $20 back on $30 coupon to get an Amazon Fire TV box, which Sears was selling for $75. Sears was running two separate things that gave me $20 in points back on the Fire box and for paying $50 OOP. So all told, I paid OOP $76 for a Fire TV stick plus a Fire TV box plus $40 in points to use on a future purchase. And I still have those $13 to use on a Sears clothing purchase. I just need to figure out what to do with my points before the clothing points expire. I stupidly didn't think to have an order ready for those $13 points before my regular points showed up. As well as that whole mess worked out in my favor, I'd rather not bother with the hassle again should a clothing item take from my regular points rather than the surprise points.

They need to fire themselves. Hire someone from Amazon or Walmart.

I just laughed at this post since it had no activity and was so late. Then I see the Target threads with tens of thousands (and in some cases, hundreds of thousands) views.

Kmart is even more arcane. Gold Circle and Zayers are more relevant.
