Cloud software replicate box/Dropbox

I am on the lookout for a cloud service to use between 5-8 people for a long term project utilizing about 200gb. I have been searching for different options but most of these services don't let you share that much space unless it's a paid option. Dropbox charges 15 / month per person. Because this is a non profit project, we are looking to save money where we can. Is there an alternative or at home software that I can hook up on my home network with phone apps/online access? Also admin access where we can allocate access to different drives per user?

This would be amazing but because paid cloud service has been popping up left and right, it is flooding google and making that option hard to find.

Any help would be amazing!

I haven't tried it out yet, but check out https://owncloud.org/ You have to set up your own server and be your own IT person and do your own data backups, but other than that, it's free. Wink

Check out CloudBerry - You can use it with Amazon Web Services which is the backend to DropBox.

Since your a non profit look into what Office365 and Google Apps offer. I believe google offers their google apps services including drive for free or really deeply reduced costs. You might need to open up to low cost options for something that isn't hacked together and works well. What your describing typically is a business like solution.
