this is model UN65JU6400FXZA comparing this to the JS8500 is no comparison. This model only has 60hz no 3D no local dimming or HDR also its not the SUHD premium lineup so colors look so so as well. Its like comparing a corvette with a malibu.

will they ever offer the 8500 for $1999 again?. I was waiting to see if the price will drop any further but it increase instead..lol. I regret not buying it when it was $1999

wait for xmas deals or worst case super bowl. generally speaking the best deals for tv's and electronics are Black Friday and Superbowl. TV manufactures try to exhaust there inventory for next years new lineups.

I just cancel my order from Amazon after finding out this tv only support 60hz. I paid $1098 on a price match compare to $1300.
