OK so I've had 3 TVs that I've gotten from BB and in summary they are as follows:

(1) Samsung TV good ole 720p model, about 5 or 7 years old. Got it the day AFTER black Friday and although I've outgrown it, am now passing it to my sister for her to use at her apt for her bedroom tv

(2) Another Samsung TV (32 inch I believe and an LCD model) that although is a purchase of an open box TV the week after black Friday. Going strong and is in my room....no problems at all

(3) Toshiba 40 inch (1080p) that was originally an open box, but 2 days after I brought it home a green/blue pixel was making it's presence known. Returned it to BB and was able to get the unopened box without problem. I purchased a 2 or 3 year esp plan with this TV. Going on now on year 2 and I use it w/my Roku 3 and watch OTA tv.

So my question is - has anyone else had GOOD luck with purchasing an open box along w/an ESP plan from BB?

Lets discuss.........ready............GOOOO..........

I have bought many open box items ate Best Buy
a few were missing a couple of accessories...the lastest being a Samsung 51E8000 plasma TV a couple of years ago
It had been discontinued and was heavily discounted
The good news is that it worked perfectly and their performance plan at Best Buy is discounted down proportionate to the price that you pay for the product
