found an open box item at store. Its the last one and their system showed $50. I guess they will come down in price.

I actually prefer the $50 Seneca Pine you linked to the one in the OP. I went to my local Lowes to see them since they had them both in stock and I chose the $50 one because it is wider and has more tips (fuller) than the $59 dollar tree. I'm not a fan of these new "slim" Christmas trees that are so prevalent this year and the $59 dollar one is slimmer than the $50 one. The $50 is missing the foot-operated control of the $59 one but it has a more realistic shape and look than the $59 one. I had a $10 off $50 coupon so I ended up getting it for $40 and It's a great deal for the price. I just finished setting it up and it looks like a much more expensive tree once the branches are fluffed out and shaped. Love the multi-function LED lights! I hope this helps anyone trying to decide between these two models.
