Anyone else having Dell issues?

Have tried all day on multiple computer....and different browsers to order the Dell PS4 Battlefront package for $299. Every time I try it just boots me to another generic page and never loads to my cart. Their phone is no use today as it says they are closed.....its just useless.

Yes, their system is horrible. You will likley be on hold for close to an hour and get shuffled around to someone with no clue. My experience has been that a "deal" from dell will end up as a huge waste of your time.

I can relate. I bought an "Outlet New" 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop. It came with a handwritten "x" on the screen. No surprise that the touch screen works sporadically and requires recalibration each time I turn it on. Dell requires a Return Authorization Number before they will accept a return. The Dell website rejected multiple attempts to initiate a return online and indicates I have to call. Today I've been on hold over one hour and haven't spoken to a representative yet. This is my last Dell product.
