the item remained marked in stock for a week after my purchase. now i receive nothing useful from their customer service. they are not even talking to me in the appropriate manner.
i submitted a complaint to the BBB.
i will submit to FTC as well.
now the HD is 50$ more than what i paid to them, so it will be a big loss if i canceled or waited more for the item
i noticed also that they have 1 / 5 review allover the internet due to similar issues. i should have avoided these guys.
