Last Friday I was doing a survey with my child--he would answer and I'd type what he said. As soon as I finished this survey I was going to cash out on my Opinion Outpost dashboard, and it told me my account was frozen "due to data concerns." WTF??? So I emailed them, explained the situation, and today got an email back saying they were deleting my account permanently and my points along with it! I am so upset, that was extra money I could really use for Christmas!
I am pretty upset about this, because I still had money in my account--about $35 worth of points.
I was wondering if anyone had any similar experience, and if there's anything I can do? I would at least like to get the money that I WORKED FOR!
