I purchased a wireless adapter and 360 controller for my PC a month or so ago.

A week or so ago I ended up buying an xbox one and an extra controller. I am looking to sell my xbox 360 controller and pc wireless adapter if I can use one of the xbox one controllers on the pc.

I understand the dongle is going to support windows 7 and 8 devices but will there be an issue with a controller which is linked to my xbox and using it with the wireless adapter on pc? If I turn the controller on to use it on PC will it end up turning my xbox on as well?

Has anyone done this yet?

Thanks.

you'll have to resync it to which ever device you want to play it on.. It only holds 1 in memory. So if the last thing you played was the PC. it will not work on the XB1 until you rysync it to the XB1
