Garage Sale Discussion for selling stockpiles

Does anyone on here have an online website with their prices, etc? I'm considering doing this and not sure how to begin

Sorry, I don't think my post was very clear. I've had yard sales so I have an idea on prices. I'm thinking of starting a website to list the items I have and their prices, etc, to try to get a customer base going and possibly for people to prepare orders from those items. I was wondering if anyone has done that before.

I did for awhile - especially during winter when I sold from inside my garage; I found it difficult to have too many people show up at one time for a garage sale. This way people could email me what they wanted to purchase and I could set the items aside. I have a scanner so just scanned UPCs and kept an inventory list. A lot of my customers liked it and shopped that way. I think it increased sales because people obviously compared my prices to online prices and knew when things were really good deals. I only quit because I just didn't like spending the time keeping a website up to date - I'd rather shop and come home and toss my purchases straight into containers.

I have my stuff inventoried with an exell file, after a big sale I just copy and paste whats left. Once a week or so I update with new stuff. My business cards have my e-mail, on request I send a link to my inventory site.
Not much traffic, but I haven't promoted all that much. The flea market crowd just hasn't the patience to buy stuff in advance.

For those who sell at the flea markets/swap meets, do any of you post to sites like craigslist or something of the like to get more foot traffic? I know they have a “garage sale” section on CL, so I was thinking about throwing an ad on with our space # and possibly a small list of items I have for sale.

If it's the kitchen one, I ask $5 with one refill and $6 for two refills. If it's the other one (the first that came out), I would ask $4, as it's gotten a bit cheaper since it first came out.

I remember that people were charging $6 for them while back.

Thank you to both of you!!!! I am having garage sale tomorrow and it is supposed to be COLD Not sure how many people i will get in 40 degree weather (it was not supposed to be this cold when i planned the sale dang it!!) Wish me luck

Cold here too. Did the sale yesterday and going to get ready for today. I had to question myself why I was doing this as I sat in my garage and could see my breath yesterday.
