I have never tried to sell on eBay. Is there a place to learn about how to sell on eBay? Thanks!

when it comes to hair dyes, how do yu know which colors to buy or what will sell well? do you get mixtures or more blondes or more dark? i dont want to buy a bunch and not have any sell. it does take quite a bit of space. TIA

For me Reds always go first (and from a natural redhead, that blows my mind), then blacks, then blonds and finishing with all the browns (there are way too many effing browns and the ash browns always go absolutely last).

Go to the ebay boards (similar to here and start reading. I know that's not much help, but there really isn't a tutorial on how to sell, I take that back, there are e-books, but the info is there for free with research and time.

It's just a matter of that one person (or persons) that can't be without it and them finding that you have it and they'll clear out your stock. I don't do the kids, just the adult, so I'm assured it won't be coming back home with me

It really depends on your customer base. Brown sells the best for me, then red- black is slow and blonde is a very slow seller with my customers.

It only sells for most $3 a box. Don't put much $$ into it. Depends where you live. I'm in FL and blonde colors fly, can't have enough. Darks don't sell as fast, but do sell. When I was in TX, darks flew, blondes sat untouched. Reds are in the middle for me.

Sometimes I feel so guilty about selling my $.99 Wet and Wild fingernail polish. I can mix it with the more expensive polishes and sell it for $1.25 without issue.

I price it at $1. Revlon, $2
The W&W that is $1.49 in store, I priced at $1.50, cause I bought some at Wag's last time coupons were out, just so that she didn't have to adjust coupon, so I paid .49 + tax for it and wanted to recoup.

I price it all at $1.50. I bought some Sinful a while back as fillers at Wags and threw it in with the Revlon that I had at $1.50. I planned to make it a new bin with $1 on it but the Sinful sold faster than the Revlon at $1.50 so I left it.

I picked up 30 to 40 of the MM Fiber Choice 10 count tubes this week - has anyone sold these before and at what price? ($2.29 regular price at SFW)

I know this was discussed some in the past but I searched and wasn't finding it, so please forgive the repeat question.

I'm looking for a good way to electronically track my inventory. Ideally I want a system where I can scan items as I get them and then scan them as I sell them and the software will keep track of the inventory for me. I understand initial setup of anything will likely involve me manually typing in what products are associated with the barcodes I'm scanning.

I need something relatively quick to operate (when I have sales I am very busy and can't be dealing with a scanner system that is slow). I'm willing to invest a decent amount of money in something that meets my needs if I have to,

Is there anything out there that you all have used or know of that could help me out? TIA!

Do you have a smartphone? I'd have to think there's an app for that.
