Here is how to make your own 1800 lumen LED work light:

For around $30, you can make two of them. AT 1800 lumen each, they are much brighter than any rechargeable or battery operated work light. Best part is since they run off your car battery, they never need to be recharged and the batteries never need to be replaced after they wear down. I used this 16W LED fog light pair for $24:

Hot Glue or JB weld a magnet to the back of the bracket and you can mount and angle the light anywhere you need to.

Huh? Over 3x as many 4-5 star reviews vs lower reviews? My light is 4-5 years old and is running just fine. I'd buy another if I needed it(like if I didn't already have more than a dozen flashlights stashed around the house.). Various contractors have commented on how useful it was/is. I'm sure I've sold a few over the years, even though the ACE where I got mine is closed.

Even though it uses ancient tech LEDs, this is actually a pretty useful light and at the lowest price that I have seen it. It's an especially good deal if you have some points to use up and I wouldn't hesitate to get another.

Thanks. Also have some points to spend so got one for night fishing. I know the light is not waterproof but hanging it might attract a few fish, at least help me change bait.

I have had this for a few years. It has made my old-school corded light reel obsolete.
Great for going into the attic or crawl space (portable), and for work in the interior of the car (doesn't get hot.)
