is this stuff more on the 'processed foods' side of the isle, or more on the 'all natural' side?

the word 'natural' does not equate with healthy.


one pouch of these has 904mg of sodium, or ~40% the daily suggested intake.

this might be Natural but at the same time is loaded with salt.

i meant to quote the other guy. i think he's under the impression that natural is healthy or at least healthier, and that's just not always the case.

This flavor is much better than the lentil one that Costco stocks, but even that is not nearly as bad you make it out to be. Tastes like a vegetarian chili. Throw some cheese or sour cream in it, and bon appetite.
