Microsoft Video has Star Wars: The Force Awakens on digital pre-order for $14.95.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/s...6kgx0dnzmx

Microsoft Video links with Disney Movies Anywhere so any purchase would pass through to Amazon, Google Play, iTunes and Vudu.

Figured this was worth a post because none of the existing Star Wars Blu-ray discs come with digital codes and also because Microsoft makes it very easy to cancel preorders.

If the Blu ends up coming w/a code, you can just snag that and ignore this. If not and digital is your thing, then you've got it at less than $15.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

I am waiting for the extended edition of this movie. J.J Abrahms said he has 30 minutes of extra footage that was cut, and after seeing the movie, their are a few areas where you can tell some plot holes existed (Maz, Captain Phasma, R2, etc).

This movie was fun to watch in 3D. Dolby Atmos rocked my socks off in the theater. The movie was made with Dolby Atmos in mind. Digital sucks if you are a true fan of movies. You are either getting gimped on the video and audio side of things. They can't stream 40GBs worth of data that's for darn sure!

I think a lot of holes are meant to be explained in a book or the sequel. But I agree...I'm curious to what was cut.

Wish Google Play would match this. I got so much credit laying around.
