Car Battery For Mercedes Benz

FederlineYo 183 22 December 19, 2015 at 06:48 AM
Basically I am looking for great deals with or without coupons on a car battery. Currently looking at Napa for their price point but wanted to give SD a shot. I have searched the forum but wanted to submit a post.

Advanced Auto has a 20% off coupon code but can you stack them with others? Advance didn't have the best selection locally for my 2010 C300, only two

TIA guys and girls

Going to be hard to be Walmart for car battery prices. Free installation and then there's the peace of mind that knowing that if the battery does crap out in the warranty period, you will never be far from a Walmart. If nothing else use the price at walmart as a base price to compare everything else to.

The price of a car battery depends largely on two things. The group size (think AA, AAA, D, C batteries) and warranty period. There are ratings like cold cranking amps but, that varies little between batteries in the same group size. So in short, when comparing battery prices...
1. Compare group size to group size (your car will have a specific size)
2. Compare warranty lengths. They all will mostly likely be some kind of pro-rated system and some are better than others.

Ended up with Napa Legend Exact Fit w/ OEM Specs 730 CCA w/ 20% discount (service garage) via a privately owned Napa Auto Parts store. All said and done with $18 core exchange $118 w/ tax. Was going to go with napa to begin with because I have had great results with their car batteries Legend or Gold series in the past 5-7 years and the family biz uses them for cost and savings too.

Posted here just in case someone ran across a super deal.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I find Advanced Auto is usually the best option for my benz. Last time was $50 cheaper than other options.

But they won't install on "luxury" vehicles so be prepared to DIY.
