Need help regarding Verizon wireless account and upgrade
My wife's line is due for an upgrade. I'd like to get her the iphone 6s for Christmas. I tried ordering one through best buy earlier today but eventually received an email saying there was an issue with my order and to call their mobile support line to get it sorted out. I somewhat panicked and decided to cancel the order since I thought the issue might have occurred due to the switch order that I never took off. I figured calling might jeopardize my UDP.
After I cancelled, I saw that I had a balance on my account that was due in a few weeks. I remember seeing that if you had a balance due it would cause the best buy order to kick an error. I decided to pay it and tried reordering the iphone. However, it is now unavailable for shipping (of course).
My question is, am I safe to order my wife a phone and get it shipped to store? From what I am reading, the switch order should be gone from my account. Since she has a 6 GB plan, I'm thinking I might be OK to handle it like a normal order, but really do not want to jeopardize my UDP line. Anyone have some insight? Will rep! Thanks!
