just purchased the Gears of War Bundle last night from Best Buy, so I'm currently on the phone with them trying to get them to price match this gift card deal. The guy I'm speaking to doesn't seem to have a clue.

well, i would agree with you. however, as slickdealers have probably heard time and time again, DOT COM AND B&M ARE TWO SEPARATE ENTITIES. Each company has different policies as to how they address price matching when dealing with this issue.

what??? seriously? That doesn't make any sense at all....especially when dot com offers free shipping to store, so there's no cost involved with that.

It pretty clearly states online only . You could always buy the one online and return the other one .

Tried to purchase the elite with the 10% movers but wouldn't stack. Still tempting.

Just go back to the store and ask to talk to a manger. Keep a screenshot of the online deal. Be nice and 99% chance they match. Act like an entitled d-bag and 99% chance they send you packing. laugh out loud

i never said it makes sense. i basically said that this may be the policy as stated in the "price match" rules that different companies come up with to serve their company's direction on such initiatives. as such, you have to play by those rules accordingly.

Haha ok thanks for the advice. I haven't had any luck on the phone so far (and I was very polite and patient), so I may have to try it in person.
