Hey guys,

I must not be sure of what to search. Basically, there are some old urls from my website that I want to delete. For example, my url is:

www.example.com

and I have things like:

www.example.com/blog

And I want to delete the /blog portion of the site and have the site reindexed by google without it (I know how to do the reindex).

Thanks!

This might not be a wordpress problem. Who is your host? It depends how the site was setup.

What I understood, your WordPress installation is inside the "blog" folder. I suggest you to transfer that installation to the Home folder "/" and then edit your database. The next time you visit your home URL, you should see your original site.
