I love these things, use them all over the house in every power strip. No better way to deal with wall warts and power strips. Found a good deal on a 10 pack and thought Id share:

I have not used these before, but I assume the need for this is not really to get an extra foot extension. The real purpose is to use these in power strips where you have the big plugs that cover up multiple sockets. Many devices have those big cubes as the plugs and using these would actually allow you to efficiently use all of the spots on a surge protector regardless of the size of the power connector.
I find these useful when you have a "brick" that it is taking a lot of space on your power surge...

read the 1st amazon review

"Used for extending phone/lamp power blocks that cover multiple outlets on the battery backup.
Will buy again, have found so many uses where buying a 6 foot extension seemed like a waste when just another foot was needed."

Bingo. Ever find that you can only use about half of the power strip outlets because of the size, shape, or orientation of the various cables, bricks, and chargers you are plugging in? These solve that problem.

In for one. Essentially you can make an extension cord ranging from 1 to 10 feet with this, very useful!

Got some last lightening deal for same price. Pretty handy so far! I was able to get rid of 1 of the 3 power strips I had behind my entertainment center, so I bought these and a power strip for $14. nod
