Many thanks OP! I don't care for Teavana's actual teas, but these tins are made in Japan and should be of good quality. I'll decoupage some nice washi paper over the outside and consider it a bargain to properly store my loose teas.

Air tight light tight. Used to work for teavana. Forced to sell them with every tea. $7.00

Coming from Asia I always thought we were selling junk for $7.00.

Maybe this isn't such ubiquitous in America so they're charging 7.00$
