fyi wrist sets are notoriously hard to use

you have to keep your arm a certain position and any little shift will give you a number that'll give you a real heart attack

if your arm can fit in an upper arm set, use that

The upper arm models are really difficult to wrap the BP cuff by yourself. It may be true that arm is better than wrist, but it's better to have than to not have. - my 2
