200GB was $99 on at Amazon on bf. This is better. Actually this is "Lowest Price Ever" status, omitting anyone who may have found a better deal combining AmEx or VCO offers, etc.

That 200gb is FP status on price, no clue why it's not it's not gaining traction.

Does anyone know the actual speeds on the 128gb, the reviews are mixed with other sizes and Amazon has the images that say up to 80mb/s but description says 48mb/s. Trying to decide between the 128gb and 200 for my surface pro.

Surface pro can't write at those speeds anyways, unless you take it out and use a USB 3.0 card reader.

Thanks for the info, guess I will go with the 128gb if that is the case, since speed isn't much of a factor and don't mind carrying 2 cards instead of 1.

If you shoot on a 4k camera enabled phone, go 200gb if you can. Every 5 minutes is 2GB.

I think as a rule of thumb, larger capacities are typically faster. With that said, don't expect fast write speeds on this thing (the whole line of Sandisk Ultra cards). It's on the lower end of the mid tier cards, and is only UHS-1. Probably gets no better than 15MB/s sequential writes, and intolerable 512k speeds. If you're going to use for storing apps and data, probably go for something higher tier.

can any of these be used for a second os (linux) boot loading on a windows laptop with SD card slot or would it be impossible to do that or too slow? The primary hdd on my laptop used for windows is not easily user removeable/upgradable so I am looking for a cheap option to sideload and use linux there
