Who cares about assembled & supported in the USA?
This is just like apple juice from china but bottled in the USA.

Yeah. Take the foreign parts, put them in a case in the US and charge about 2X what Dell charges...pretty ridiculous and definitely NOT a slick deal. Do not know what they think they are achieving, but even if support is first rate, it does not warrant that sort of markup.

"Our computers contain no bloatware".
Lol. There are many free apps out there to remove bloatware.

Power Supply 300 Watt but they said "We build our computers to last, ensuring that we use the best available materials and components. We give special attention to the quality of our desktop's chassis for a premium feel on the outside, and the assurance of durability by using quality name-brand components on the inside.

Yeah right $1,109 desktop for crappy hardware (Intel HD Graphics).
Seriously can't even put a dedicated GPU?

So I can talk to the Indians on H1B here rather than the Indians from India ? Sweet, in for 4 of the computers.

With that kind of pricing, I wouldn't even bother giving them a second look. But they have been in business since 2007, so they are successful. I wonder who their target market is. Who would pay $569 for this A4-7300-based PC when even an i5 at this price is a ripoff? EEK!

Polaris (PLRA02 - AMD A4-7300 Dual Core, 4 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD) [lotuscomputerusa.com]

How many suckers do they actually find to have been in business for 8 years? OMG Confused

May as well just buy a "custom-built" PC off craigslist if your criteria for choosing a PC is that it was assembled in the USA.

Didn't Dell move its support call centers back to the US because of customer complaints?

I seem to have caused a lot of butthurt. Any markup is no worse than Apple which charges $100 for a $5 iPhone storage capacity upgrade, assembled by the world's best Chinese slaves.

If you find a non-Indian Dell rep, please let us know.

If "Bob" cannot be understood by clients, it does not matter where his Indian ass sits.

Their biggest mistake is to sell value computers.
Only super high-ends, for hand-built assembled in USA products.

I'm guessing this is just some dude in his mother's basement who occasionally gets an order--pretty much no cost to stay in business.

EDIT: just saw the about page. My bad. It's some dude in a cheap Florida office--pretty much no cost to stay in business.
