if you happen to have a skateboard lying around, it's a free alternative that also works.

the Ab-roller is one of the best ab exercises you can do.

I have this, worth every penny.

That's how much they usually sell it for.

I would recommend doing sit-ups without the wheel. I did fifty sit-ups every other day for two months and saw a lot of improvement.

I had one of these back in the 70's. It wasn't a Golds Gym brand.
They do the job tho.

I have done the ab wheel before and do use it here and there at the gym. At first its hard but it does give you a nice stretch. Make sure you are doing it correctly, I have seen many people use this incorrectly and they give up on it. You can also make light motions to either side to work your obliques muscles. For 5 dollars it does give you variety and lets you hit your abs from different angles other then just sit ups. Just like any other muscle, you need to confuse it and work it from different angles and use different exercises.

Much cheaper than losing $2000 becoming a fitness consultant in a MLM.

Usually around this price, but a great equipment for abs! The standing variation is a killer.
