How about you create a better workout program and sell it for free.

This is actually a good deal and I absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to get generally in better shape. It's a good exercise program despite all the "as seen on TV" type stuff. It's very straightforward - gives you a diet program you can follow for success, and a DVD with different workouts to pop in on a schedule.

Yes, if you work out hard and go on a diet for 3 months, you can succeed with any program, or without a program at all. But this is basically pre-crafted and handed to you so you can do it without much thought or experience. I definitely recommend it for people who want to really dive into getting into shape.

If you buy this, you should also get a yoga mat, a pull-up bar (hang-in-the-doorway kind is fine), and either a set of dumbbells (expensive but great) or resistance bands (cheap, and good enough). You'll be all set then.

got free copies of all the avi and pdf files a long time ago...might have come off a military shared drive. not my style of workouts, but every once in a while i'll do the plyo or yoga.

can't believe it still sells for this price though. seems like it's been out at least 10 years.

First time I did P90X, I thought the Yoga session was going to be simple & girlie. Turned out to be the hardest. Never could finish the entire video.

Why 12 DVD's when they can use 2-4 BD's and no UV copy I am out. But this is a great program. I did mainly P90X3 and finally put some muscles on my scrawny body.

I just wish informmericals did not have the mindset of more discs is better than fewer discs but when you shell out a lot of money for this stuff it makes you feel like you are buying more.

I'm thinking about doing P90X3, workouts are only 30 minutes long.

Did it 5 years ago, and still use a couple the workouts as my base workouts - Kenpo and Shoulders and Arms are my go to, then others when in the mood.

Yeah. It's soooooo long. And the first half is just so active you're dying. And then there's still 45 minutes of balance when you can barely stand.

I dont think they have HD videos of them. I think they filmed on video in DVD quality 4x3. If it was film, they could remaster, but I doubt it.
