Mavis beacon is the classic option and is better than most, I haven't used it since the 90's... There are lots of options free and paid, on the free side one is tuxtype. I've used various free programs, and I'll say many free options are pretty crappy compared to the paid options.

The paid options are generally much better than the free ones. In particular the paid ones have much better thought out sequences of keys and progression of what you type and the free ones tend to be much more random. The paid ones actually research what works and what doesn't. I'd say you make progress faster with better programs. There are other options other than Mavis Beacon, but it's the best known. If you're just a little rusty, some of the free options may be adequate / worth a try.
