What is it: A free diabetic cookbook (ebook). Looks to be a digital copy of the hardcover book they sell at DiabeticDirection.com [diabeticdirection.com]
URL: http://diabet.us/for2016
Giveaway Limit: Unknown

I wouldn't normally post this kind of thing here, but my grandma actually did receive the book and said it's top quality, so thought others with diabetes might enjoy. Smilie

EDIT: I just tested it myself and the confirmation ended up in my spam folder in gmail -- so, check there (and click "not spam" to be able to click the link).

These recipes are not safe for diabetics, way too many carbs. Check this for great info...

Which ones in the free cookbook weren't safe? The ones I saw listed the carbs/sugars/etc and looked fine. I can't vouch for the site, but the cookbook looked fine to me + spouse (nurse).

To control diabetes shoot for 20 carbs or less per day. I go 80 % fat 15 % protein and 5 % carbs. Have cut my A1C in half in 3 months.

Hmm, good catch -- I haven't been called and neither was my grandmother, but this is good to know.
