Thread Details

The Shanghai index dropped almost 7% and China halted trading for the rest of the day. It'll be interesting in the US in the morning. The bright side, oil is up.

Excellent. Love this high volatility for reinvesting proceeds from earlier redeemed positions!

You mean those days that caused the summer swoon in the US?

DOW down 400+ today.

And it will come back. Your point? Note that I am just as unenthusiastic about the DJIA jumping 400 points in a single day.

My point is that it would be a "fun" day today. What point were you trying to make about the apocalypse?

I already jumped in this morning, actually before I even woke up. Limit buys. I'm already in the green for the day.

I did. I'm hoping for a retracement tomorrow. My limit sells are already in place.

China down another 7% today, trading halted again. It'll be fun again tomorrow here in the US.

If you aren't heavily invested, you'd want the market to drop as much as possible. US and Europe are a long way from 2009 low.

If you don't buy, you save 100%.
