Not getting deal alerts, removed all alerts and recreated even changed email addresses to no avail. Help!

Hello,

I've been a SD member for a few years now and a couple of weeks again I noticed my Deal Alerts weren't arriving in my email account. I figured it was because the Thanksgiving holidays are over, but then I know that there are deals all of the time.

I decided to log into my SD account and check my Deal Alerts. Everything seemed to be fine, I even deleted all Deal Alerts and created a simple one for Hot Deals for Amazon, which was what I previously had, which didn't fix anything. I've even changed email addresses and still not working.

Yes, I've checked my spam folders and they were empty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, don't know if there is something going on with the Slickdeals.net servers, maybe they got black listed? I've tried both yahoo and gmail email accounts.

Thanks

Hi,

I don't see anything wrong with your account. What threads do you feel you should have received DAs for? The devs would need that info in order to check further.

Schooby, I'm not getting alerts from the Hot Deals threads.

Here is a screenshot of my alert, it currently matches 663 threads.

@Schooby, I just created a generic Deal Alert for Amazon with "Your dealalert matches 152608 threads" and still not a single email.

Please help

Devs will need to look into this. It's not something that I have access or control over.

I am giving them a heads up.

Hi, if you just created this alert today you will not receive any until a deal with those specs have been posted. From what I see using your alert "amazon in store" with 3 TUs, filtered by the "Amazon" store tag doesn't return any new results since the time you created the alert as you can see here, the last thread that meets that criteria is a few days old.

Depending on the criteria of your other amazon alert, it may be the same issue. Could you provide a screenshot of that also?

@BostonGirl here is a screenshot of my other Deal Alert, BTW, what is a TU?

Before I started experiencing the issue I had a Deal Alert with "Hot Deals Amazon" in the TU that was working fine, I want to receive DAs that are Hot Deals that pertain specifically to just Amazon, which used to work for me.

Thanks

Sorry TU meaning "Thumbs Up", the thumb rating of the thread. Let me test a few on my end and see if I'm getting any with those settings.

Edit: with your settings since this post here I have received a few emails. So they are working ok for me on that one.
We can leave this to see if any Devs can help further like Schooby mentioned above.
Also I see you changed your email a few times today, so give that some time to take maybe and see if they come in overnight.
