So I think I am sitting on the 14 day window of deciding whether or not to add Jump to my account.

I purchased an S6 Edge 128gb for $659 + tax. Just a few weeks ago.

$54 down, $27.50 a month.

Say I want to Jump to the S7 in March I would have to make up difference between what I paid and half the phone cost, right? and then at point I give them the phone.

If I don't have Jump I have to sell the phone for whatever I can get for. An S6 Edge 128gb, can a guesstimate of what it would be worth used for 3 or 4 months in 3 or 4 months time ?
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Don't do it. T-mobile has Jump and Jump on Demand, which are two different plans.
If you're going to jump on demand, that will allow you to jump 3 times a year, to only other jump on demand-eligible devices. This is fine for the current crop of Samsung devices, but as we found out in November, we JoD'd two new Ipad pros,
This is my wife's first iOS device, and we thought nothing of it my mistakenly trusting the sales person at the store when he said "if it doesn't work out for you, you can JoD to ANYTHING!

Well, it didn't work out for her, and when trying to JoD to the Samsung tab s2, we found out we could only go to another Ipad... So we could jump around to different size and color Ipads? Yep.
Our phones are stuck on regular jump (actually there's 3 jump plans, the first is phased out, second is Jump2, then JoD) ridiculous.
We had to sell her Ipad pro on Craigslist for a loss ($225 total loss selling at $850 after the $200 down payment to start JoD on that device).
I run my own small IT / point if sale business in So Cal, and I like to have the latest and greatest, but we're currently stuck on Jump2 with our phones (note Edge and note 4), so we won't be upgrading next month (you can't jump2 until the device is 1/2 paid off), because the s7 / note 6 will be out before you can blink.

Hope this helps you
