Received Laptop; Lenovo Hasn't Charged my CC
The charge was pending on the Discover. We got a cancellation notice. I called up Lenovo and we didn't put the middle initial on the card, which pushed it over to their investigation team. They said that it had not been cancelled only held. I told the investigation team everything was okay and that I wanted the order pushed through so that I could still get the 10% cash back. He said he was pushing it through and the charge will hit when it's shipped. Dubious, I said okay, we'll see, thinking I would be on the phone with discover arguing for my $94 bonus.
Well, the laptop shipped and we are using it. However, the charge dropped off and there has been nothing to hit my card. Should I wait and see? Any experience of advise?
