Matrix Research, Inc. is conducting a new 2-stage research study for participants that either recently purchased a NEW-CONSTRUCTION HOME or are in any stage of planning or rehabilitation an existing home. Applicants MUST be willing to participate in both the online phase of the study AND the in-home interview, although not all recruited participants will be chosen for the in-home interview phase. Those participants with the most thorough participation will be priority.

This study involves the keeping of an online diary for 4 consecutive days from January 17-20th. Participants will answer questions for about 1 hour each day. The incentive payment for this phase is $150. The second phase of this study involves an in-home interview for about 2 hours. You will be meeting with our team of researchers and answering questions about your new home or home rehab experiences. This phase pays $250 and takes place between February 1 and 10.

If you would like to be considered for this study, please answer the following questions following the linb below in confidence. Please be as honest as possible. We will get back to you this week if it appears that you would be an appropriate match for this study. This research study is open to participants in the following metro areas: Seattle, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York (including suburban NJ/NY/CT).
