This is a good deal. Even if this was $50, people would still complain that there’s not enough PCIE slots or a big enough power supply to run a Nvidia Titan X out of the box.
I bought the i3 4150 version and installed a gtx 760 in there. the motherboard should have a pci express slot. the case restricts the video card to be under 10"

I have not been able to verify that the motherboard has a pci express slot for installing a real graphics card. Yes, I understand a new power supply may be required. Any other issues that might pop up adding a graphics card?

I don't get it. It seems like a pretty good deal to me.

The parts alone are worth more than $200 (at least new)

It definitely has the slot. Get a GTX 750 TI, then you won't need a new power supply or any additional fans. Can play most games on Medium settings at 1080p.

I bought a new one of these (with the 4460) from Staples for 400.
Put in a cheap power supply, and a short GTX 950 (windforce).
It's been working great. Runs Fallout 4 on ultra.

I was able to plug in a GTX950 SC(the shortest one) without changing the power supply on a similar model.

A used, low end computer for $200... I don't see how this is a good deal.
