Negative on that. And do you not think the Husky is made in China as well?

The black Harbor Freight 4-drawer cart is built much better than these. I own the HF one and have put my hands on the Husky one and can tell you the Husky is thinner gauge steel and the roller drawers also felt cheaper. You're also getting two drawers with the Husky vs. 4 with the HF.

Hard to argue the price difference though. If you can live with only two drawers, $40 vs. $110...you could be two (and a half) of the Husky ones for one of the HF.

Now the red HF 5-drawer, on the other hand, is 10x better than the HD one. For $190, I won't say it's as good as something you'd get from the tool trucks, it's damn close. And a similar tool truck model would probably be in the thousands.

I own both the red and black HF carts FWIW.

interesting, but it doesn't look like you could use the top of the cart as a working surface when closed up

You could probably attach a work platform to it made out of wood.

For $40 I'll take the plunge. My craftsman boxes have been at capacity for some time now. I might try and use this for one set of wrenches and screwdrivers, or something. Maybe use the bottom for oil and rags.

Didn't see - does the top have to be open for the drawers to open? If so, I might have to modify that.

Tried to resist but ended up getting one. For whatever reason even the cheapo versions of the rolling tool carts seem to be at least $100 whenever I looked at them.

Great deal.

wow what a fantastic deal!!!

i have the bigger brother version of this, with the 4 drawers... it is AWESOME.

i put wood on the top of mine so i can use it as a workbench when the lid is closed.

it mentions free ship to home or store pick up. however, when I try to purchase it there is no option for shipping. it will not let me add to my cart as it is not available at the local store. Am I doing something wrong?
