For everyone having problems having the SIM99 code work with their browser, try this:
Quote :
On the T-Mo page, it suggests calling 1-888-755-5100 and ordering from them over the phone, and this did work. You have to tell them you do not want a plan and just want to get the SIM card and apply the SIM99 code. The charge will then be 99 cents plus tax (if you have tax in your state).

Also, you can use the mobile SIM for T-Mobile's 200MB free internet per month if you have an unlocked 4G LTE tablet that qualifies.

Use FREESIM at checkout and it is free!

It is "Free" only if you sign up for a monthly plan at the same time.

The "FREESIM" code may not work for everyone. Didn't for me.

FREESIM is for post -paid, if you want to convert your sims to a nano or something and vice versa. They ask for your 4 digits of SSN though.

Tried 3 different credit cards, always get this message "Unfortunately, your information could not be verified and your order cannot be completed. Please visit a T-Mobile authorized dealer to obtain service or equipment." Called T-Mobile to order, same issue, no help.

Strange. This was my first time ordering. I used an amex card and the order went through immediately. Have you tried the live chat to resolve the issue?

Have you ordered many items from tmobile.com?

If so, I believe you have been caught up in TMO's mysterious program that stops people who order too often. There is no way to get off this list, unfortunately. Basically, the program bans people from ordering online.

I don't think so. I would check with a retail store. They will probably switch your SIM out for free.

No, I never ordered anything from tmobile.com. The order cannot be placed over the phone either. I thought it was website problem...

Yes it can I've done it twice now with this deal. It's definitely the same sim as the post-paid plans. I would not recommend going to a retail store they usually charge ten bucks.

Hey thanks for posting this!

I'm trying to replicate what you did.

How would I switch my sims? I'm going from micro to nano.

Call cs, tell them that you have phone using nano sim, and right now you have phone spusing micro. They will order 1 free for you plus free ship too.

I did like that and it take 1 week to get bank sim then I log in T-Mobile and update new sim

yes, but if u r already a t-mobile customer, then if u call in, they'll ship u a new card for free.

fyi for anyone buying: u get 3 cents cash back+a small part of their share on sim cards at mainstreetshares if u use their portal.
