Just wanted to post my chat transcript with custserv from Cheapoair.com regarding their "Best Price Guarantee" which was B.S. Agent kicked me off the chat hahaha. Prepare yer popcorn! LMAO

Sorry you had to go through that! I rarely try to get a price adjustment, even from Orbitz and I like them over the other companies. Good info!

Per customer service quality, I think expedia.com is pretty good. They do try everything to make you happy. I had very good experience with them.

Oh it was just a little experiment. I mean $14 is nothing. But then again this is SD, I will call BS on a company's promise lol.

It's tough but I did it through emails.. didn't know chat exists.. got $46 back with $50 to spend card

To be fair it does say you have 24 hours to match i mean all you have do is read their policy. I wouldn't have given you a discount either.

Did you read? I said I submitted the match the same day. Actually it was an hour after I booked. I followed their "policy" to the T, thanks.
