myfreetaxes.com
totally free fed + state if income under 62000
it sends you to hrblock for the actual web based tax filing, but there are zero fees.

i've used it 2 years now without any issues. seems like all the forms are available but i'm not married nor do i own a house or self employed, etc.
one friend had a 2nd or 3rd part time job that classified her as a contract worker and hr block couldn't figure out how to apply her healthcare subsidy, so she couldn't use hrblock last year. they may have figured that out by now. ymmv.

taxact.com, free e-file, though we don't have state tax, so i don't know if it's free for that.
