webpage refreshes 5 second after opening

so fairly recently after opening any webpage it refreshes 5 seconds after opening. what could be causing this and why. it is annoying (more then serra) when trying to login.

I would look at your plugins. Disable all of them and add them back one at a time.

Details are really important in a post like this. We can't read your mind or see your screen, so we have no idea if your talking about your computer (If so what operating system?) A mobile device (if so What kind?), the browser your using, the version of said browser, if you recently updated something, etc. The more specific you are the better we can understand what goes on and help.

i restarted in safe mode and ff was not doing the page reload after 5 seconds when i went to a webpage. so, then i did a ff refresh, but its still doing it.

lets try not with be all engineer anal here and i cant read your 'engineer mind' either so just ask what you want to know and if i feel you need to know it then i will cough up that information.

clear your cache & try purging cookies for a particular site.
